A Letter from the Superintendent

Welcome to the web site of the Millbury Public Schools. With it we hope to provide you with information about our schools and community.

Our approximately 2,000 students are educated in three schools:

  • Elmwood Street School, a 625 student primary school grades Preschool - 3

  • Raymond E. Shaw Elementary School, a 423 student intermediate school grades 4 - 6

  • Millbury Memorial Junior/Senior High School, a 936 student secondary school grades 7 - 12

Each school’s web site contains a wide-array of information concerning policies, programs, and extra-curricular activities that can be accessed from this homepage.

Our district site contains additional policy and performance information as well as links to other useful educational sites.

The Millbury Public Schools benefit from a proud tradition of broad-based and continuous community support. We view the connection to our community as our strongest asset. With that support, we are able to provide our students with challenging educational experiences that encourage excellence, lifelong learning, and responsible citizenship.
